We are planning to
- Expand the Covered shed by another 1000 sq.mt.
- One more EOT crane of 20T Capacity for 8m clear lift
- Open yard Gantry crane of 10 SWT to cover the area of 1000 sq.mt. for 8m clear lift
- Install Stress relieving Furnace depending upon the product requirement.
- Get additional 149HP LTCT Power supply from TNEB for new machinery & procedure additional 125 KVA DG set as a standby power source
- Procedure
- a) Plate rolling m/c of 50mm×2.5 mt capacity
- b) CNC plasma cutting
- c) Shearing m/c 12mm×2.5 mt
- d) Heavy duty machine shop inclusive of Floor Boring m/c , Horizontal Boring m/c, Heavy duty centre lathe & vertical turret lathe,
- e) Pipe Bending machine, and
- f) Tube Sheet Drilling machine
